Long or Short is a skill-based crypto prediction game on Solana. You watch a live price chart and predict whether the price will go up (Long) or down (Short) within 30 seconds.

Long or Short is built by Long Or Short Tech, an independent team of crypto and game enthusiasts. The project is currently in its demo phase (Q1 2026) with a token launch planned for Q2 2026.

No. Long or Short is a skill-based prediction game. Your success depends on your ability to read market momentum, not on pure chance. During the current demo phase, no real money is involved at all.

Each round lasts 30 seconds. The first 10 seconds are the betting window — you pick Long or Short. The remaining 20 seconds let the chart settle. At second 30, the round closes and settles instantly.

At the start of each round, the current price is recorded as the reference price. When the round closes:

• Price is higher → Long wins
• Price is lower → Short wins
• Price is exactly the same → Tie (bet refunded)

Odds are dynamic and reflect true market probability. They adjust based on:

• Price momentum over the last 60 seconds
• How far the price has moved from the reference
• Time remaining in the round

Following the trend pays less. Going against the trend pays more. Odds range from 1.03x to 15x per side.

Three markets are currently supported: SOL/USDT, ETH/USDT, and BNB/USDT. More pairs may be added in future updates.

You need a Solana wallet. We currently support Phantom — the most popular Solana wallet. You can install it from phantom.app.

No email, no password, no registration. Just connect your Phantom wallet and you are in. Your wallet address becomes your account.

Signing a message proves you own the wallet, without revealing your private key. It is free — no blockchain transaction, no gas fee. The message you sign is just a unique string generated by our server.

We do not store your signature or create persistent sessions, for security reasons. Every time you start a new session (like opening the game after closing your browser), Phantom will ask you to sign again. It is free and takes 2 seconds.

Currently, usernames are permanent once set. Choose wisely! We may add a rename feature in the future.

Yes. The current phase is 100% free. You start with a demo balance of $1,000. No real money, no deposit, no purchase required.

If your balance drops below $100, it will automatically be reset to $1,000. This happens every 3 hours, so you are never stuck without funds.

Yes. Every 7 days, all balances reset to $1,000 and the leaderboard starts fresh. This keeps the competition fair and gives everyone a chance to climb.

No. Demo balance is fictional and has no monetary value. It cannot be withdrawn, traded, or transferred.

$LOS is the native utility token of Long or Short. It will be used for wagering, payouts, and leaderboard prizes.

Q2 2026 on Pump.fun. The game will remain in demo mode during Q2, but a competitive leaderboard with SOL giveaways will go live.

Real wagering with $LOS is planned for Q3 2026. Until then, the game continues in demo mode with fictional balance.

No. $LOS will launch via a fair launch on Pump.fun. No presale, no private allocation, no team allocation, no vesting.

You need to complete a minimum of 10 rounds (bets). Once you have played 10 rounds, your balance will automatically appear in the ranking.

By balance — the more demo money you have, the higher your rank. Only the top 25 players are displayed.

Every 7 days. When the season resets, all balances go back to $1,000 and the leaderboard clears. Top players during each season win SOL prizes.

Yes. The game is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. For the best experience, install the Phantom mobile app and use its built-in browser to open longorshort.tech.

Any modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave. For desktop, make sure you have the Phantom extension installed.

All prices are streamed live from Binance's public WebSocket feed. Same data you would see on Binance's own charts.

Never. Your private key and seed phrase never leave your Phantom wallet. We only see your public wallet address, which is public information anyway.

No. Every transaction (including future $LOS payments) requires your explicit approval in Phantom. We cannot initiate any transfer without your confirmation.
